You can track your weights and reps, follow along with your program session by session, and stay connected to the JAXD community of clients who are all working toward the same goal. Weekly check-in forms are sent through the app and are due by a set deadline each week. Bart reviews every submission and responds with adjustments to your program and meal plan.

How do the weekly check-ins work?
Each week you will receive a check-in form through the JAXD Training App. You fill it out and submit it by the deadline. Bart reviews your submission and responds with any adjustments to your training program or meal plan. It is the primary way your coach tracks your progress and keeps your program moving in the right direction.
What is the JAXD Training App?
The JAXD Training App is where your entire coaching experience lives. It houses your training program, your meal plan, your macro goals, your training calendar, and your direct messaging access to Bart. You can track your weights and reps, follow your program session by session, and connect with the wider JAXD client community. Everything you need is in one place.
Does this work if I travel a lot or have an inconsistent schedule?
Absolutely. This is exactly who we are built for. Your program is designed around your real life from day one. Travel, long hours, inconsistent routines, all of that gets factored in. No two clients are the same, and busy people are getting in shape every day. We figure out what works for you specifically during onboarding.
How long is the commitment and what does pricing look like?
All packages are a 6-month commitment. That is where we consistently see the best results. Six months is enough time to build a real rhythm, develop the habits, and see significant changes in your body. Pricing varies depending on the package and is discussed on your free call. Paid in full options are available and include one free month.
How much access do I have to Bart between check-ins?
You can message Bart anytime through the JAXD Training App. During weekdays and business hours, expect a response within one to two hours. Outside of that, give 24 hours and you will always get a response. You are never left without support.
Is this for beginners or advanced lifters?
Both. Whether you are just getting started, getting back in the gym after a long break, or looking to finally dial in your nutrition and training after years of inconsistency, JAXD Training is built for you.
