Common questions.

Do I need a Supersets Gym membership before signing up?
You do not need one before reaching out, but you will need to sign up for a membership at your preferred Supersets location in order to begin in-person training sessions. We will walk you through that during the onboarding process.
How do we figure out which gym location works best?
We pick the location that works best for both of us, typically the one closest to you or somewhere in between. We figure this out on the call before you sign up so there are no surprises.
How does scheduling work and what if I need to reschedule?
At the start of each week you will choose your session slot from available times. Tier 3 clients get first pick, Tier 2 gets second pick, and Tier 1 gets third pick. If you need to reschedule, just give at least 12 hours notice before your scheduled session so the slot can be opened up for someone else.
How long is the commitment and what does pricing look like?
All packages are a 6-month commitment. That is where we consistently see the best results. Pricing depends on which tier you choose and is discussed on your free call. Paid in full options are available and include one free month.
Is nutrition coaching included with in-person training?
Yes. Every in-person package includes full macro tracking coaching and sample meal plans built around foods you actually enjoy. Plans are updated weekly and are designed to teach you the fundamentals of nutrition so you understand what you are eating and why.
Is this for beginners or experienced lifters?
Both. Whether you are just getting started, returning after a long break, or you have been training for years but never had real structure, JAXD Training is built for you. The common thread is not experience level. It is seriousness. If you are ready to lock in, we are ready to build the system that gets you there.
