JAXD Training was not built to be another generic fitness brand. It was built because the people who need help the most keep getting handed programs that do not work for their lives. We are here to change that.

What we actually believe.

We live in a world that is not designed for your health. Highly palatable, calorie-dense food is everywhere, and on top of that, there is endless conflicting fitness and nutrition advice pulling you in every direction. For someone who does not understand the fundamentals, that makes getting in shape feel impossible.

But here is the thing. Being healthy does not mean eating chicken, broccoli, and rice every day. It means being educated. On calories. On macros. On the difference between weight loss and actual fat loss. On what training does to your body and why.

I played college football and studied Allied Health Technology and Athletic Coaching at Millersville University. After years of training, studying the science behind fat loss and muscle building, and watching people struggle with the same cycle of starting and stopping, I knew there was a better way to do this.

I built JAXD Training because I believe the fitness industry has failed busy people. Not because the information does not exist, but because nobody is taking the time to deliver it in a way that actually fits real life. That is what I do. I build systems, teach the fundamentals, and make sure every client understands what they are doing and why.

Based in the Lehigh Valley, I train clients 1-on-1 at Supersets Gym locations across Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown, and Schnecksville. Online, I work with clients from all around the world.

Dom played college football at Kutztown University and brings a certified personal trainer background to the JAXD Training coaching staff. His specialty is online coaching, and his experience as a collegiate athlete gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to build real structure around training and nutrition.

Alongside his coaching role, Dom handles the business and operations side of JAXD Training. Every system, every process, and every client experience has Dom's fingerprints on it. His combination of coaching knowledge and operational thinking is what allows JAXD Training to run the way it does.
